Mary first learned about the
orphanage through her friend and mentor, Pat Keegan. In June 2006,
Pat informed Mary that a group trip to the orphanage was planned
for February 2007, so she decided to follow her heart and make the
journey.
The trip proved to be the most
fulfilling and enriching event of her life. She discovered that
there is no substitute for seeing firsthand the amazing
improvements made over the years thanks to all of the supporters
of the orphanage through their hard work, dedication and desire to
improve the children‰s quality of life. She is thrilled to be a
part of this ongoing effort.
Mary lives in San Francisco, CA with her cat Leche and works for a
market intelligence company in San Mateo, CA.
